By placing an order on our Website, you agree to this Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing & Import Timeline

All products sold on yzwarehouse.us are imported after purchase.

Orders are processed and submitted to our suppliers after payment is successfully received.

Due to international sourcing and import logistics, please allow:

30–60 days (1–2 months) for processing, import, and delivery.

Maybe Less if we have products on hand which is common 

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this extended delivery timeframe.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping timelines may be affected by:

  • International customs processing

  • Supplier delays

  • Port congestion

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Global supply chain disruptions

YZ Warehouse is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. In some cases, tracking may not update until the product reaches the United States.


4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

YZ Warehouse is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Packages returned due to incorrect address information

Orders cannot be modified once placed.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, YZ Warehouse is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery delays

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.


6. Customs & Import Delays

Some shipments may be subject to customs inspections or delays. These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.


7. No Cancellations Due to Shipping Time

Because all products are imported after purchase, orders cannot be canceled due to shipping time.

By purchasing from yzwarehouse.us, you acknowledge:

  • You understand delivery may take up to 60 days.

  • You agree not to dispute charges based on shipping duration.
